Supply Chain Manager Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing company in their search of a new Supply Chain Manager. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to oversee a team of Buyer/Planners and make a significant impact on the overall business. Ideal candidates will come from the manufacturing industry with at least 10 years of supply chain experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with Robert Half. Desired Experience: - BS Degree (APICS cert is a plus) - 10+ years of supply chain experience within the manufacturing industry - Prior or current supervisory and management experience - Strong negotiating skills - Previous process and procedure improvement Job Functions: - Process and procedure implementation and development - Sourcing new vendors and customers domestically - Contract and price negotiation with customers - Optimize efficiency through cost saving measures - Oversee and develop team of Buyers and Planners - Report to Global Supply Chain Manager Along with base and bonus compensation of up to $11,000 (DOE), our client is able to offer a very strong benefits package that includes healthcare, a 401k match, and paid time off.
