The Project Manager/Implementation Readiness Lead is responsible for large and significant projects or programs where scope is subject to change. There is a high degree of risk. Project objectives address complex business opportunities. The project/program will typically span multiple areas and the projects may be concurrent or overlap.



  • Business Project Planning

  • Organization Impact Assessment (OIA)

  • Business Implementation/Change Management Activities

  • Business Cost Estimates

  • UAT Plan

  • Transition Plan


  • Meeting Facilitation

  • Risk/Issue/Decision Tracking & Management

  • Proactive Issue Identification (including cross functional impacts), Resolution & Escalation

  • Meeting Documentation, Status Reporting

  • Project Execution (Re-Planning, Triple Constraint Management)

  • Executes Across Various Delivery Methodologies

  • Business Implementation/Change Management Plan Execution



  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience is preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience or equivalent leadership experience

  • 1-2 years of industry experience

  • Experience managing other PMs or project component leaders

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Project software

  • PMP certification preferred
