The Project Manager/Implementation Readiness Lead is responsible for large and significant projects or programs where scope is subject to change. There is a high degree of risk. Project objectives address complex business opportunities. The project/program will typically span multiple areas and the projects may be concurrent or overlap.
DELIVER PMO ARTIFACTS:
Business Project Planning
Organization Impact Assessment (OIA)
Business Implementation/Change Management Activities
Business Cost Estimates
Risk/Issue/Decision Tracking & Management
Proactive Issue Identification (including cross functional impacts), Resolution & Escalation
Meeting Documentation, Status Reporting
Project Execution (Re-Planning, Triple Constraint Management)
Executes Across Various Delivery Methodologies
Business Implementation/Change Management Plan Execution
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience is preferred
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience or equivalent leadership experience
1-2 years of industry experience
Experience managing other PMs or project component leaders
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Project software
PMP certification preferred
